Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SNM AI (Scientific Numerical Model), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to register.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

3. Acceptable use

Use SNM AI for lawful educational and scientific purposes.
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data.
Do not use SNM AI to cheat on, or to compromise the integrity of, any course or examination, except as your instructor permits.

4. Academic integrity

When SNM AI is used in a course, you remain subject to your institution's academic integrity policies. Faculty can view your exam submissions, results, and class attendance.

5. Intellectual property

The MetaNumber engine and the SNM AI system are the work of Dr. Joseph E. Johnson and colleagues, University of South Carolina. Patent pending. All rights reserved. You retain ownership of the expressions and content you submit.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

SNM AI is provided "as is" for educational use, without warranties of any kind. While the engine is extensively tested, results should be verified for any consequential or safety-critical use. To the extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the system.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
